Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes. We use a SECURE SHOPPING CART so that you can be sure that your order information and credit card details are secure.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA and Mastercard. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, especially from MEANAGERS™
How do I place an order?
Click the thumbnail of the item you want to purchase and then choose the color and size you like. Once complete, an "ADD TO CART" button will appear. Click this button to go to the cart. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details and so forth. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We have enough MEANAGERS™ here in the States. We do not need to go overseas, at least not yet.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on whether the item or items ordered are in stock. Items which are in stock will be shipped out within 24 hours from the date of order and will generally arrive within the following 3 business days depending on the type of shipping used and destination. Items which are not in stock will usually ship out within 2 weeks from the date of order.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.00. Whether you order 1 item or 10, the shipping will still only be $5.00.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
Yes. We Support Our Troops! We ship to all military addresses in the United States. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO" or "FPO", and the stat with "AA", "AE" or "AP" and use the military zip code.
What is your return policy?
We will accept unworn and unwashed items up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund; however, shipping charges will not be refunded unless we sent you the wrong item or the item we sent you is defective. If you are making an exchange because you want a different size, color or style, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.

Returns/exchanges will only be accepted with a PACKING SLIP. Once your package has been received by us, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days and you will be notified by email at the email address listed on your account. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this refund to your account once they have received the information from us.
Do you sell MEANAGER™ Apparel wholesale?
No. MEANAGER™ Apparel can only be purchased online through our MEANAGER™ website. At this time, we do not offer wholesale purchasing or pricing.
Are purchases really tax free?
Yes, unless you live in the Sunshine State (Florida). Since Florida is our home state, our bean counters (i.e. our accountants) tell us that we must charge sales tax on sales to Florida residents.
